  • Exercise this evening

    This evening, I set a new personal best. I did the dumbbell bench press with 70 pound dumbbells. I completed 10 repetitions. I then followed that up with 75 minutes on the cross training machine. I'm bushed. It will be an early night tonight.

  • My foot

    While I've been away, my foot is healed up. I've been working out pretty hard for the last 6 weeks. Steroid shots do wonders for pain.

  • Working out

    I haven't talked about it much recently, but I have been working out really hard. This week, I have had 4 days of over 600 calories burned and I played golf while walking on Saturday. Suppossedly, that is worth 2000-2200 calories. I guess you can imagine why I feel a little tired today.

  • Gym Report - Thursday August 2, 2007

    I've really been pushing myself the last few weeks in the gym. I've been 6 days a week. At least half of the sessions have been 30 minute sessions on the cross training machine at over 600 calories per session. Today is more of the same. I did 670 calories today. Wow, my body hurts.

    I hit the gym last night for the 12 day in a row. I burned 603 calories in 30 minutes on the eliptical trainer. No knee issues today.

  • Gym - 6/20/2007

    I hit the gym pretty hard tonight. For 30 minutes, I burned 646 calories. I did the cross-trainer. Afterwards, we went to the ESPNZone for dinner. I got up from my chair and my knee was killing me. It hurts now. I'm hoping that I won't be hurting in the morning.
