Mobile User Interfaces - Less Is More!

I've been working on mobile off and on, and the past 18 months extensively.  The one thing that I am amazed at is how much developers muck up the User Interface of an application.  With Mobile UIs - Less Is More!  Don't over complicate the UI.  Don't shove too many controls or too much data into the UI.  Simple is your watchword.
