I got up the nerve to update a couple of projects. The projects are a web folder application and a c# class library. The c# class library has upgraded fine. The web folder application is not working. It won't compile. VS.NET keeps complaining that it can't find the asp:ScriptManager. This would be bad. WTF is happening.
