I thought that FPSE had been killed off a while back.  Whenever I asked about them in an IIS7 discussion, after many blows were rained down upon me by other people in the room, I was told it probalby wouldn't happen.  I have always been told about security concerns with FPSE, however, there is tremendous value in the product provided for beginning users like Plip.
