New Audio equipment for the podcast

Ok, I'll be honest, the audio quality of the show has really sucked, and thats probably being nice.  From my grabbing the wrong file for Miljan's interview to the the quality of my headphones for the skype interviews (and my heavy breathing), there have been making mistakes.

To some extent, that is to be expected.  After all, I do have a day job as well as blog pretty heavily and write books, however, there have just been too many problems recently.  As a result, I went out and purchased the following equipment to attempt to improve the quality of the shows:
  • AKG Acoustics perception 400 microphone.
  • TASCAM US-122 Audio interface with USB connection.
  • beyerdynamic DT770 Pro headphones.
  • Pop Filter.
  • Assorted cables.
I'm hoping that with this, some of the issues will be resolved.  Please listen to the show and let me know what you think.
